The way I see it is by the time you're the age where you're dating someone with grandchildren, you might not want to take on any small children. It's their right. Small children are a lot to take on. I have no problem dating someone with small children, however I can't say when I'm "older" I would want to take that role on. I'm older then her and I have a child in elementary school.

I find it funny that people are lashing out and attacking someone they don't even know based of their personal preference of not wanting to get in a relationship with someone that is taking care of kids. I'm going to start lashing out at people for not wanting to date a drug user, alcoholic, or smoker. Level the playing field a little... I agree , lashing out at someone over preference is ridiculous! |

What I don't understan is the things they say.I have on my profile in plain site that I am raising my grandson,so if that is a problem to them they should just go on. Some people just don't want to get into a relationship with someone that already has a child. And here's a recap. Whats funny is theyre presumptious enough to really assume youd ever ALLOW theyre low selves to be NEAR your children or grands. And in the same post: Its good you found out up front, because you didnt have to waste time with the robot. And from another poster: Don't sweat it, they were probably jerks anyways! Fear....the way I read the OP was in response to the emails from these guys...not in general. some people don't want kids (whether they don't like them or their kids are grown or whatever) that isn't a problem. But (at least for me) I responded to it being clear on her profile and the emails saying what they did
