how long can hope last dang it's been 4 yrs i been hoping and nothing so far . Never say "NEVER" & Never lose "HOPE" Alot easier going with the current & watching what floats along. When you find something worthwhile, just be open to the chance & see what happens. "Expectations lead to control" All you can really "CONTROL" is YOU.

I think losing hope also makes you come off as desperate, and thats a turn off right there. JMO

I get lots of contacts, but not all are the type of person I'd want to meet. But my best advice is to stop thinking of yourself as an 'over-50'. It's not a handicap, it's just a number.

I think this lady is absolutley right. How old do you feel? How old do you act? You can be 50 and act 80 or you can be 50 and act 40 - I have seen them both. The 40 works and the 80 puts you to sleep! This was my first shot at posting and this was in reply to Denny4484
