morning (((pals))) hows everyone this morning

GOOD MORNING my secret pals!!!! It's been a rough weekend here... my mom is still in the hospital and she pulled out all her iv's, wires, and she insisted the mafia did it. She had bypass surgery on her leg, they found a clot afterwards, and have her on blood thinners but noone seems to know why she is like she is. She had been on morphine but they had stopped that. When I went to see her she was batting at things in the air that weren't there, but at other moments she made perfect sense. It's just the pits seeing her like this. To top it off my oldest son did something really stupid, and I'm thanking God he is alive. He could have died. My daughter is getting married in TN so I will be traveling down there in July. Lots happening here. Praying for the best. Hugs to all!

Hope all of you in Secret pal land are doing well on this Monday morning. I had a great Sunday. No talk with neighbor cause nobody was home all day. As for being careful I have a dog that is very protective over her mommy and nobody dares enter my fence. I didn't make her this way she is who she is! I love her just the way she is. My other dog is a little scaredy cat, but the sweetest little baby ever!

I forgot I grilled out honey, bbq seasoned chicken breast yesterday and they were fantastic! (I HATE COOKING, however I happen to be a very good cook I just have to want to do the prep work and actually doing it) I had my daughter cook the side dishes inside!

Happy Monday! It's rainy and stormy here today, but I'm glad it held off 'til after my b-day. I had such a wonderful day! Thank you to all of you for making it a memorable day for me!

Good Morning Pals. Here it is Monday again. I had a good day at the yard sales. Found brand new curtains still in the package for $1.00 [2/sets] darling little outfits for baby joe and 12 barbie dolls for 25 cent each.[that was cheap].Sorry,I got carried away.I hope you all have a great week.

Happy Monday Pals! I am exhausted from packing over the weekend, but still have lots to do. Thankfully there is still 4 weeks left.

My munchkin started his extended school year today so he's back in school Mon/Wed/Fri half days. Wow, did he come back happy from school this afternoon.

I dropped my pal gift in the mail this morning, it cracks me up how they offer priority and regular mail and there is a $.45 difference, kind of a no brainer to upgrade to priority for those few pennies.

When I sent the cookies out to everyone in the Beardy House, it cost me less to send to Liz by Priority mail than it did regular mail and took longer to get there too....go figure

Well got a confirmation to prove that my Secret Pal got their gift in the mail yesterday from the company I ordered it from last month. But never heard anything from them to say they have received anything.

I have gotten my Secret Pal gift for this month and hopefully will have it mailed off by tomorrow..

Got a notice from the Post Office that there is a package waiting there for me from Sherry (dragonflytat).

I tried to catch the mailman when he came down the otherside of main Street. He told me that he didn't have to package on him cuz it was too heavy for him to carry around

So off to the Post office this morning as soon as it opens to retreive my package

I got a very adorable card in the mail from Ruby and I don't know if she realizes it but I have a dog that looks just like the one on the card.

I told you Patti, this one was kind of heavy Hope you love everything that is in it!

I'm glad that you got your card,I love cards with dogs and cats on them and I enjoy sending them to my friends.

Just got back from the Post Office from retreiving my package from Sherry.......OMG it has 2 scrapbooks for little boys inside with lots of little things to add to the pages, a sunflower smiley keychain, some Vitamin E rub I assume for my burn lol, computer seasonal stationary, and a wipe off shopping list board for the refridge
