I want a gas grill. It is easier, faster, and stays hot when cooking for a large group. But I do love the taste of things cooked over charcoal.

Mmmmm.. I love cook outs!! Wooo! Let's fire-em up baby!!drinks

Well,, I got both but I prefer charcoal..
It takes a little longer but when you throw in a little mesquite with it... It gives the meat a little bit of smoky flavor thats just perfect... I also have a smoker that I put hickory or mesquite in and let a roast or fish smoke for awhile and it's just delicious...

I make some dam good ribs and chicken baby... and my steaks are thick and juicy--seared just right.. you got to kick it up a notch ya know??drinks
