i just lost someone i knew in a car accident... s h i t i just lost a

I am very sorry for your loss. There is nothing that will take away your
pain. Only time will dull the sharpness of it. You must take one day at
a time and wait for some relief. For now knowing that people understand

Death is never easy to deal with, but when one dies unexpectantly
sometimes there is a greater sense of emptiness because you did'nt have
a chance to say goodbye and or I love you.

I don't know your religious beliefs but if you do believe in God then
take comfort in prayer and pray that her spirit is flying high and free
of this world and feel that she is with you every day of your life,
walking besides you ,laughing with you, crying with you and loving you
just the way she did when she was physically here with you.

Enjoy the memories you guys have shared and if you have anything of hers
that you have shared together hold on to it and when your emotions
overwhelm you, take comfort in this item and feel her presence in your
life. Allow yourself to cry because crying is therapuetic....It's OK.

Honor her memory by holding your head up and being the best you can and
when success or hard times come into your world,share these experiences
with her because she will always be with you in your mind,and heart.
