Hey JAG!

Perfect timing for this thread to be revived. Have I got a question for you.

"If the cyclopentadiene monomer has been sitting too long, the melting point of the collected crystals of cis-norbornene-5,6-endo dicarboxylic anhydride adduct seems very low even if the crystals are fully dried. What do you think the major impurity is and why?"

frustrated

Ok here it is, whenever you get to it.

Do men typically feel obliged to help the "damsel in distress" because he has an ulterior motive of possibly wanting to date her?

Or do they typically do it because it's instinctual to try to do the right thing to help out members of the "weaker" sex?

Hmm...let's see here...

Most of the time, a guy trying to help someone of the opposite sex is simply because he thinks he CAN help.

Of course, in the back of his mind, he may be thinking that it may help him out in the long run as far as finding his way into something more with her, but that doesn't necessarily make it an ulterior motive.

Some guys just have the " white knight " gene and try to be the one coming to help whenever it's needed.

I resemble that remark. A good friend pointed it out to me a while ago.

Why do you think sharks are mean, is it because they feel unloved, or do they just have a mean way of sharing their affection with others???

Sharks are mean because they never get a chance to stop and rest.

They have to keep moving, and they are exhausted, so they are PISSED.

Not so much anymore.

It used to be REALLY bad. Wound up putting myself into some very bad situations. Case in point being the most recent ex.
