You did not over react!

Your child is supposed to be all-their number one priority!

Watch out though-they tend to side with each other when they are in
trouble-these officials and schools-or blame you!

In my area and around here they have lost kids, left them on the bus for
hours unattended-you name it. I'm really glad mine are grown up now!

I would of gone bullistic on them too (I probbly would of gotton
arrested!). Hope they take care of this problem before it happens again
or something worse happens...

if the child gets off the bus at any place other then their required
destination then the driver must use the 2 way radio to report it (
state law)

then the schools ar notifiyed then the parents are
but this is both the driver n the monitors responsibilty

Wow, your bus driver has it made. I had a 70 passenger bus. The school
tax was finally passed to get the new buses which was a real struggle to
get. Drivers had to have a Class 'B' license with passengers
endorsement.

That would have been cool to have two way radios. Atleast we got all the
new mirrors. To be a school driver here it would help to have many sets
of eyes. Little tikes can walk infront of the bus and you might not ever
see them without the mirrors. Watching all the kids; Those on the bus;
Those in front of the bus and still drive like any motorist; They sure
don't expect much.

bus driver bus driver
how about the kid its her fault for getting off in the first place.
maybe if you focus at home instead of bus and school it wont happen
again.

bowers i dont know who ya are or whaty planet ya from

but we are rquired to send our kids to school here

she did her job by puttin her child on the bus

the drive or the monitor should have got off with the child if the child
is sick

once the child is on the bus the driver is resposible untill the child
gets to school

the school is then responsible

now wake up n read the laws

yeah typical , always blame someone else, it is obvious she and her
friend were just ditching school.

if she never got off the bus , it would not have happened.

it is obvious also that its not the first time.

as far as what planet, keep your lame insults to yourself.

bowers

the driver should have never let her off the bus

STATE LAW

what do ya want to re write the law where all the kids can be kid napped

thats why the laws are in place cuz concerned parents can keep their
kids safe

now run to ya lawyer n sue me cuz i dont agrre with ya n over 3/4 of the
usa dont

hell ya might get rich off all of us

untill then obey the law

ya might make a few more friends

you really got me that time

im proud of you

ever consider the fact that if she didnt get off there, she and her
friend would have just took off after getting off the bus , but before
entering the school?

bus driver is wrong i agree, but the kid should not get off free.

but you are all too busy focusing on one bad and skipping over the
other.

teach the kid she cant do it, and it wont happen.

But bottom line is , its the bus drivers responsibility to take care of
the kids, I dont care that she was a teenager, kids make mistakes and
the bus driver should have shown some kind of intelligence to not let
them off the bus!!!!!! what if they would have been 6 or seven, would u
still blame them then?
