Speed, no question. I like to spend as little time as possible in transportation from one place to the next. It's almost like a waste of time sitting in a little gas guzzling, air polluting box listening to the radio.

Now a motorcycle, I also like built for speed. But will take a longer route or do whatever possible to take as long as possible in transition from one place to the next because hauling a$$ on them is also very very pleasurable.

And no, my mind never entered the gutter. Knew exactly what you were talkin about before I even opened the thread.

Fun! Fun! Fun! Although speed can be fun, too... (my son tells me I'm a closet racer and should start a red hat society road rally group - might have to smack him for the red hat remark!)

I actually just recently had a little (midlife crisis, perhaps?) car-gasm and am holding that out as a special reward for myself when I achieve a certain goal. Sweet!

Speed and durability...something in the 60's is nice, 70's is when they started getting really mean. 80's they became more and more weak...so on and so forth. I'm thinking a 70 Charger, now that is a beast!

Well there mister, time to cram a 289 cobra jet V8 with a Doug Nash five speed gear box, shackle a chopped down nine inch rear end on your backside and go out in a flashy coat of paint and show them what you got! So what ya get 12 miles to the gallon if you are lucky! With a conservative 10 in the quarter mile who cares!

Depends on the mood. I like both. I had experienced speed with both my 1970 SS Chevy Chevelle w/a 396ci engine & later my '68 vette. Loved them both. Honeymooned in the vette to key west. them was the days!
