Have you ever loved someone TOO much?

No......I equate that with smothering and Ive never done that.

No......I equate that with smothering and Ive never done that. Smothering is easy and it does not require love. Too much love just equates to ..... love. |

I don't think I've ever loved someone to much... but I have loved someone more than they loved me.

I haven't gotten that far, but I have spent too much money on a person. Never again.

Have you ever loved someone TOO much? Of course; but it depends on the context.... |

I don't think so ... but I've definitely not loved me enough sometimes

I have and its not good because if the other person isn't that in love with you it pushes them away. You need to give the same love you are receiving.

I don't know if there is a such a thing where one can be more in love than the other. It doesn't seem right that love can be something of a number on a 1 to 10 scale with one loving someone on a number 4 range and another loving the other on the number 8 range. Love is simply love. And that dedication and other things come to play for to keep the love afloat; or if not tended to and maintained, then it will surely sink to the bottomless depth of indifference - and then to the end of love altogether.
Funny, it usually rest on one person in the relationship doing all the dedication and maintenance while the other having one foot outside the door. |
