"Which leads me to think of who would want to eliminate a entire race in the first place. The Great Khan and his gang are hired by someone else. Who though?" Boromir ponders.

"Well what it is worth, I would say if you find this leader there will be an end to this war and your people can rebuild on the very lands that belonged to you in the first place," Boromir says pouring a mug of dwarven meade.

This is true,,, But we are in no shape to go against a full standing army on our own,, we would take alot of them with us,, but not prevail. But i will start my spies looking around to find out what there is to know about this Khan.

"May the spies help us turn the tide so freedom can be won for the minotaurs," Boromir toasts with a small mug of Goblin's Brew.

Criani raises her goblet of Grapan in toast agreeing w/Boromir. "May the God's help you, Draven, in defeating the Khan and his army. Mayhap word will get out that it is not wise to enter the doors of the Green Tavern with sword drawn looking for a fight, because no good will come of it. They will only be struck down."

"Boromir, what are we to have for our sup this eve? It sure smells delicious!"

"Today I have roasting some ducks it is smothered with a old recipe of spicies my grandfather gave me. With the duck we have apple flavored red cabbage and some potato dumplings smothered in gravy.


It is truly a feast we all can enjoy especially after todays parade!" Boromir offers as he goes to the fireplace and throws in small logs inside.

The winds are picking up as it begins to drizzle outside.

"Mmmmmm.... I cannot wait to sink my teeth into that, Boromir!"

"Beast!" At the sound of his name his head shot up and he stared intently at his master.

"You also will have a feast tonite, Bouy!" Beast lay his head back down, his eyes still on Criani. He didn't care what he had for sup as long as it was w/his girl.

Criani wandered over to Beasts' favorite spot in front of the fireplace, sat down beside him and began to stroke his head while looking out the window at the rain as it came down harder. It was so cozy here. She enjoyed the retired life so much. Beast closed his eyes, going back to sleep, enjoying his masters touch.

Boromir dissappears into the kitchen to return with three plates of food. One for beast, one for Criani, and one for Draven.

He then pours the drinks and sets them next to everyone.

Satisified, he then dissappears into the kitchen. Ironically he doesn't come back out. Perhaps he is also having a nice meal to himself at the moment

Draven considers going now to rouse the troops and start to hunt for anyone who would be foolish enough to try to take out a minotaur. The question of who wants all of his race dead plauges him. He drains his drink and sits back and goes into deep thought.

Boromir comes out of the kitchen wiping a little gravy from his lips. He rubs his stomach satisfied from such a great meal.

He then picks up the plates and empty mugs to throw them in the kitchen quickly.

Coming back out he sits on a stool and watches Criani and Beast stare out the window. It is raining hard and the burning wood crackles giving a cozy moment with his friends who he calls family.

He knows it is almost time to lock the doors, yet perhaps one last customer may still come in to rent a room and waits.

Criani gets up, stretching, with a big yawn. Beast also arises. He knows what time it is.

"Good nite, Boromir. Thank you for such a lovely supper. Good nite, Draven. We are off to our beds anon. Tomorrow, mayhap the sun will shine, although I do enjoy the rain."

Criani and Beast head up the staircase, in search of a good nites sleep...

"Goodnight me lady," Boromir replies also stretching knowing it is finally time to lock the doors.

He throws in a few more logs in the crackling fireplace. He smiles at the huge minotaur who is snoring away. Although he has his room the minotaur often loves to sleep in his seat in the main tavern.

Boromir locks the door and closes the shutters before heading up the stairs to his room to get a good nights rest.

A new day has come yet the thunderstorm and rain hasn't stopped.

Boromir walks down the stairs and straight into the kitchen to prepare warm meals for the day.

Draven opens one eye to see the innkeeper as he walks by.

Boromir leaves the kitchen to throw a couple more logs into the fireplace before unlocking the doors.

He then puts out the sign that reads the special of the day.

Roasted Duck with apple flavored red cabbage and potato dumplings smothered with gravy - 2 gold pieces.

Goblin's Brew 1 gold piece
Grapan Liquor 2 gold pieces
Elvin White Wine - 2 gold pieces
Dwarven Meade - 3 gold pieces

Smelling the air Draven wakes up fully and sitrs around. Stretching his massive arms the battle of yesterday replays in his mind. He picks up his axe and goes to work sharpining it again.

"Well good morning great one. I hope your rest was reassuring after yesterdays odd experience. Can you believe that body is still lying out there. You would think the guards would have cleaned up the mess by now. Why are we paying such high taxes bewilders me," Boromir mentions as he rearranges chairs and tidys the tavern a bit.

i will remove the corpse today,, i think he needs to be hung somewhere where the rest of my clan will find him.,., maybe one of us have seen him before.

"Where are all the minotaurs scattered anyway? I mean you are probably the only Minotaur in Sinatorium! Have you seen one of your kind lately?" Boromir asks.

WE gather outside the Mountain Pass to train and prepare ourselves,, but as far as where we all hide, it is scattered all over the land.

"I could use a good adventure to get out of this town. My father a armorsmith doesn't talk to me because I work here at the tavern. He would rather I hammer steel all day. Then this place somehow feels like home and always will be, yet I miss the opportunity to see new lands. Perhaps you can take such a burden as me one day to see the Mountain Pass. It would do good for my eyes," Boromir says.
