Who's to say if they do come back you will still be available? If they leave I'm moving on...if it doesn't work out the first time what is going to change enough for it to work out the next???

Honestly I believe that if it means that much to you then you should hold on tight and get ready for a hell of a ride. Never let things go in life that you want to keep going. In many aspects of life I let go of things I shouldn't have. I have no regrets but I think that some of the things we let go of, we should have kept.

I do believe that if you love someone set them free. If you truly love someone then their happiness is more important than how you feel for them. I've had to do this several times before. I think it's important for a relationship if each person realizes that the other person doesn't belong to them, and if things cannot work out or one of the individuals has failed in some way then it's okay to let the one you love go. If you are holding them back from something or even someone it's important to take a step back and realize what you are doing to them and to see what they truly need in the situation. Sometimes you have to let them go in order for them to grow and spread their wings.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You can't force someone to "love" you. If you truly "love" that person you would want them to be happy even if it wasn't with you. |
