Beautiful evening here tonight, Love it! Have the window open and the fresh air and the sound of happy singing birds make me smile!!!! It was beautiful here all day but cooling off now..supposed to be 62 and sunny tomorrow too...I was out all day starting at 8am taking my driving class....

High 60's and sunshine. It made me want to spend all day outside. Ok all, have a great evening, I am going to take care of my son's wants. Pizza and a movie.

OK, who made bake pork steak with dressing 1-2 weeks ago?? Ummm it could have been me. The way I do it is really simple. I use a cooking bag so it will stay moist. I place the pork into the bag, and sprinkle onion soup mix over it. I add 1/2 cup of water. I make boxed stuffing, and place it over the top of the steaks. Sometimes I add some pork gravy (from a mix, just follow directions) over the top of it. Cook it for 45 minutes.
