i hate trying to plan meals, its just me and i dont feel like cooking when i get home When my sister lived alone she spent a Sunday a month cooking up meals and making her own TV dinners , BUt of course her way was much healthier and all she had to do was pop in the microwave when she got home.

I dont do lunch meat wish I has some bacon or saussage Heres what I do with bacon.I buy a few lbs ,cook it up and put it in a freezer bag in the freezer . Then whenever you want a slice or two just take take whatever you want and pop it in the micro wave for about 6o seconds and it is just as good as when you made it and is always ready when you want a blt or bacon and eggs or my fav.Bacon Kraft dinner and baked beans.

I am by self most of the time for dinner too. I like to plan my menus so I don't stress over what to make .For instance tomorrow Is take out .Cause Shannon is going out again!!

Evening all!! Just got home. One of my son's took me out for supper. Had steak...I have been craving steak for a long time....haven't been out to eat in a long time either so it was such a treat! Hope everyone has a great weekend and all the mommies are treated with royality on Sunday!!! I have class AGAIN tomorrow morning....GAWD this is getting sooooo old, but only 8 more weeks and college is done.....FINALLY!!!!!! Just student teaching in August after that! Have a good evening!
