Also, attracts Consultonium in the presense of excess budget dollars or slumpiong stock prices... Consultonium seems to exist in a symbionic relationship with Managerium -- enhancing the flow of Morons, and amplifying the density of Managerium, which in turn attracts even more Consultonium in an endlees "feedback" loop... *sigh*
