Happy Thursday everyone! Found out it was my daughters brakes that were bad and not her driving (maybe a little of both) however they are fixed and she is back on the road. I sure hope it gets better from here on out. You all will be happy to know that I put in my two weeks notice at my second job. My body is worn out as well as my mind. I am going to go back to college in the fall but am still keeping my teaching job. My body aches and craves regular sleep. Four hours a night doesn't get it for me anymore. Maybe when I was younger but not anymore. Haven't heard from my secret pal are you still out there? Hope all gets better for you You are really one that derserves a lot of credit ...taking on what you have done..Tell the girlz ...that I said Hello,and hope to see ya'll SOON!! Good morning Pals! The weather here is very nice today. Supposed to be a beautiful weekend weather-wise. I woke up in such a happy mood, been a long time since I felt this good (not sure why, though). My neck/shoulder are feeling a bit better.
Still waiting to hear from my secret pal, hopefully I'll hear from them soon.

Hello OSherry very good to see you back on here while I am on here. I can't be on a lot today because I am running testing material. I am leaving for lunch just because it is so beautiful outside. Sherry how is your back? Mine is killing me. More to the left side of my hip but usually lower back. I am so happy with my decision to quit my second job and my daughters are elated about it. They were doing the happy dance. Can't wait to get home to mow the grass. Hope it is dry enough.

Gezzzzzzzzzz..it was 99 on my sisters porch yesterday in the shade. I think it skipped spring and went straight to summer here. LOL

Mornin Pals!
 I have talked to a couple of pals, they are having issues with UPS and your packages, so a couple of you will receive your packages later than anticipated. I am also going to check in with pals we haven't heard from later today and see what's up....I'll keep you posted. To any of the pals who may be reading this and find for some reason they cannot participate after all, please let me know. It isn't fair to leave your pal twisting in the wind. Again, if you do not notify me or post here you have dropped out, for whatever reason, you will not be welcome to participate in Secret Pals again. I don't want to be a hard-azz about this, but if you've already proven you cannot be depended upon to at least notify me, then I am not going to be willing to take a chance on you disappointing another pal. |

Okay, I've touched base with a few folks today. There have been some issues with UPS this time around, but it looks like those issues have been straightened out. Some others are sending out their packages out later than others due to other life issues, but there are secret pal packages in the mail, on their way to some of you at this very moment.

It's taken me 7 LLLLLOOOOOONNNNNGGGGGGGGGG years,but now that the end is so close, I am so glad I did it! Now that I'll have my teaching certification, they are laying off teachers right and left!! Figures....but I am just taking a leave of absence from my teaching associate job so I at least have that to fall back on when I finish student teaching if there aren't any teaching jobs next year. Once again, PROUD OF YOU GIRL!!!!!!! Mary
