She gives me times to book her a flight for a trade show this week. Now she looks at the flight and says "Oh, I don't want to go this early, what a waste of my time when I could be in the office for a few more hours instead of on a plane." I showed her the notes I wrote down and the reason for WHY she wanted the flight at that time. Kinda changed her tune a bit.
