so what do you do meantime? just obey the unlawful order?

no you never obey the unlawfull orders thats the point .when given an order if it is unlawfull and it is common since to tell you if it is unlawfull you refuse to follow it and an investigation is started . you file paperwork through your chain of command , you cn even use jag or the clergy . a soldier has as much responsibility to deny an unlawful order as they have to obey a lawful one .

I know from my family. I was brought up in the life. I could probably be a great soldier if I could follow rules and they gave my a gun laugh

wow, this brings it to a whole new level. say in theory that obama was really born in kenya and not a us citizen, would the orders that he gives to the military be unlawful orders?

irrelevent , as someone who is not born an american citizen cannot be president . although even the president can give unlawfull orders , and soldiers can still fight those orders as well . even the president answers to someone.

hmm, well, wouldn't it be a good thing to know for sure if he is? because if soldiers even had the slightest preponderance in the back of their head about it, don't you think it would eventually permeate into something bigger further down the road after it ate at them for a while?
