Tomu it is apparent you also know nothing of me, you speak of being
Bi-lingual, it happens that I am, however I am american and I live on
american soil. Until only the last few decades it has never been argued
or debated on what the national language is. English has been taught in
schools throughout our entire history as the USA. Not Spanish or German
or French.

If I go to France do I expect them to know English? No I don't, when I
go to mexico do I expect then to speak english? How about any other
country? I wonder if they have it set in thier Laws about a national
language?

I pointed out in my post about freeways being shut down, that was in the
article Red posted. Common sense tells me police were present if this
was done. Common sense also tells me if this assembly of High School
students had an imprompt walkout that there was no permit to assemble,
which is required by LAW in California.

It is apparent these children were unlawfully assembling and the police
did nothing to break it up. It is apparent that these children will
never be given any jail time or even a citation for what they did. Only
a few were disciplined by school officials and sent home. In this day
and age a school official is only allowed to write the disciplinary
action in the school records, and the worst that they could do for
punishment is a suspension. Is this how to teach resposibility? If a
teacher is involved the worst they can do is suspend the teacher WITH
PAY. These a how the laws are written in California. The laws written
have no value or merit, they mean NOTHING, and it is proved by what
happened in Montebello.

Are these the laws you think need protecting? If so Move to California
and support them, I left there last year and have no intention of ever
living there again. You can have my spot. ROTFLMAO.

Is this how you feel the laws should be? To allow this with a slap on
the wrist? Get real. Oh BTW California has always lead the Nation in
everything, so wait until it hits your home town it is only a matter of
time before your RIGHTS go down the TUBES. I am sure it will be in your
