if arizona secedes during a martial law situation, i'm going to arizona. you can bet on that.

i live in arizona . number one we are not going to secede the paper quoted in this thread is from 2000 .
number 2 the only way the country is going to issue martial law is if people in the state are stupid and start acting up and talking about a revolt .

If you will note. Arizona is at the ready, no matter the date. It's on file and can be applied.
I am using the form as an example to supply to other States.
It is viable info.
In 2008, Arizona declared and reaffirmed their sovereignty.
There are many other reasons, excuses, the Feds can call for Martial law. Read up on it.

boo, if i threw out a rope hoping someone would hang themselves with it and someone did, would i not be just as guilty of that person's death as the person that hung themselves?

I would say you were not a very nice person to be throwing out a rope hoping someone would hang themselves with it. You can throw a rope out that doesnt' mean I have to use it to hang myself. What's your point. Getting kinda sleepy now so be clear...

because the federal reserve should pay for this crisis they caused. if they hadn't done all this we wouldn't be in this spot. i wouldn't be out of a job right now.

i do know why the feds can declare martial law , but the point is they have no reason to , and there is no point in being affraid of it . it's conspiracy theory stuff . the government has always had the right to declare martial law and hasnt done it . it's the stuff movies are made of not real life . if you can give me on solid reason we should fear them declareing martial law i might agree with you . you sound like your living in a tom clancy book .

so we're all freaking out over something that did or didnt happen nine years ago?

we must be running out of conspiracy theories

Could be...

My grandmother used to say the milk is spilt, clean it up and start over. Quite simple really if one chooses to see it that way. Some republican said we were a nation of whiners, who was that? Anyway I will be damned if I will prove him right. If I start whining, then some thing is really really not right. Hope that never happens.

It sure does and keep it coming we could all use it. I thank you too for making for some pretty spirited conversations whether we agreed on all of it or not.

State of Arizona
House of Representatives
Forty-fourth Legislature
Second Regular Session
2000

^^^^^^

Note the date. This is old news from people spreading FUD and disinformation. Most Googled links on the subject will point to Far Right survivalist websites.

And if _you_ will note, the Arizonan running for president chose the Alaskan governor for his running mate, a state whose First Dude is also a survivalist and member of the State Secession Movement.

It probably cost him the election when people got weirded out by this same kind of FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt). So if you think Obama is some sort of Machiavelli, didn't this play right into his hands? Yes?

Besides, if they're worried by the Federales, wait until they get a load of the Mexican drug cartels that would likely set up shop there if they chose to became isolated.

Sorry, this is just not credible.

I Believe there's about a Dozen States that on Board to Do this!

There were that many when Bush was President.
A couple even before that.

The thing is,
Its only a few extremist, without common sense, that cry loud and often. Not the majority of the states citizens.

Majority will never give a fnck, even if Obama declares a communism, you're right on that.

But, this isn't about Obama. Relax. This isn't about Bush either. Quit being such a sensitive soul. This is about Federal Government way over running the tiny list of allowed tasks given to them by the union of the states.

If it started under Bush, this makes sense too. It should have started under FDR, who destroyed this country,

"There seems to be no question that [Mussolini] is really interested in what we are doing and I am much interested and deeply impressed by what he has accomplished and by his evidenced honest purpose of restoring Italy."

-Comment in early 1933 about Benito Mussolini to US Ambassador to Italy Breckinridge Long, as quoted in Three New Deals : Reflections on Roosevelt's America, Mussolini's Italy, and Hitler's Germany, 1933-1939 (2006) by Wolfgang Schivelbusch, p. 31

or may-be under Wilson, who made it possible for FDR to accomplish.

"I am a most unhappy man. I have unwittingly ruined my country. A great industrial nation is controlled by its system of credit. Our system of credit is concentrated. The growth of the nation, therefore, and all our activities are in the hands of a few men. We have come to be one of the worst ruled, one of the most completely controlled and dominated Governments in the civilized world no longer a Government by free opinion, no longer a Government by conviction and the vote of the majority, but a Government by the opinion and duress of a small group of dominant men."
-Woodrow Wilson, after signing the Federal Reserve into existence

Cluck, cluck, cluck.
The sky is falling,,,,,
People like you have been crying like this for 100 years. Once, they even had a conspiracy to over- throw the US Gov and assassinate FDR. They failed because they first approached a real life American hero and he narced them out.
100 years of chicken little screaming how the end is near. Yet, while we've had our ups and downs we always survive and our financial system grows even stronger.
You and your entourage think you've stumbled on to some kind of original thought.
Hate to tell you, but its old news and extreme paranoia.
The sky is not falling chicken-little. It will be okay!

I am pleased that you put me in the same category with Ben Franklin, Jefferson, Van Buren and Jackson.

Newsflash: "your" "financial system" grows every time FED prints new "money".

This is properly defined as counterfeiting. But, you do like the results of counterfeiting, huh?

here's one for ya fanta:

two conspiracy theorists were sitting on a park bench arguing
over who's conspiracy was the most true. as i walked by them, i smiled to myself, because i knew my conspiracy was truer than theirs.

Very true Fanta. I have never heard of it until on these boards and the letter I wrote to my representatives has yet to be answered, which is odd, so they are probably trying to figure out what the hell I was talking about....lol
