Hope you are all well.I have not been in this forum before so nice to meet you all.
Today I was watching TBN and Pastor Rod Parsly was on.He was talking and praying for whatever your situation that you replace fear with faith.
I have recently had many trials and problems to deal with.It's not like me,but I have been feeling down,trying to hide it from others.Without boring details,let me say I have been filled with fear over a few problems.I prayed with Pastor Parsly and listened to his sermon.I was able to give my fear of a few situations to GOD in faith he will guide me.I have been a Christian for awhile and thought I had put all confidence in GOD,but I slipped up.
So as I am blessed daily,I tonight am feeling no anxiety or nervousness about the situations I had before for weeks now.
Wanted to share with you all. Hope you all have a positive weekend.
Anyone else go through similar situation?

GOD MOVED me this week in a way that I have NEVER felt and through that, I accepted him into my heart mind and spirit.
THEN he SHOWED me his POWER and I am in the MOST amazing speachless self that I have ever been in but I was TAKEN by the holy spirit
this week and will never look back at my life and only look forward to my GOD, and all that he asks of me .... YES,,,,I AM VERY HAPPY
And now though I do feel alot of sorrow for those who have not yet found him. I hope YOU have a BLESSED weekend also,wink,,

Faith can looked at as the absence of fear in some situations. At our local AA meeting tonight one member congratulated my friend, Michelle and me for holding the meeting together. Sometimes there was just her to open the meetings when I had to work after she got her car fixed. She was afraid to drive after four years of not driving and before I would come get her to take her to the meetings. After the GSR and the lady who would open meetings left our membership really almost diminished. Some members even went to another meeting that wasn't local. Now that the word has gotten out that we are still having a meeting even though some wanted to disband our membership is picking up, again. It only takes two sometimes to make a group. Where two or three are gathered together in my name so shall I be in the midst. Actually, if you really take it down to the smallest denominator one could say the even if one is gathered together in my name so shall I be in the midst, too. Because, lo, I shall send the comforter and I am a friend that sticks closer than a brother.

I am struggling now with many things. I pray anytime I feel fear or anxious. God has helped me with tough struggles lately

today...out of no where it seems...I was doing the bookkeeping at work. I wasn't thinking about my problems at the time. I can barely think to breath when doing the books let alone my problems.

all of a sudden....a big wave of peace came over me and I heard all will be ok.

it was unexpected at the time.
