Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb
Bah I'm such a thread killer :( |
All of the classic Cagney gangster films and....The Lost Weekend.

I love all the Marx Bros, Abbot and Costello, Hitchcock, Gene Kelly/Fred Astaire dance films.
Also LOVE Dr Zhivago, Splendour in the Grass and Bonnie and Clyde. Old musicals that pop to mind first: Meet Me in St Louis, White Christmas, Oliver, Hair, Sweet Charity, Tommy and Jesus Christ Superstar. I could go on here for days! These single question options are a bad joke on my psyche ... |

I love all the stupid-funny, old Jerry Lewis movies too, and It's a Wonderful Life. Loved the Glenn Miller Story.
Agghhh .... I'm back in here, gotta escape ! |

On the Waterfront, Sunset Boulevard

Love Gigot, Shane, Shenandoah and Oklahoma too!!!

Grapes of Wrath
Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte starring my favorite old time actors Henry Fonda and Bette Davis |

Can't do one. I'm going to try by decade. Even this is ridiculous... I'm sticking strictly with Hollywood...
30's Mr. Smith Goes To Washington 40's Citizen Kane--- I actually like Casablanca better, but Citizen Kane is probably the most perfect movie ever.... 50's Rear Window 60's Tossup between Dr. Strangelove and To Kill A Mockingbird 70's The Godfather 80's Raging Bull 90's Pulp fiction 00's Decade not over.... |

Excellent calls on Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte, Dr Strangelove and To Kill a Mockingbird!!! 3 of the best EVER ...

Gigot is the absolute saddest movie I've ever seen.

Gigot is the absolute saddest movie I've ever seen. Too right, mate! I haven't seen it since I was a lil girl and I STILL remember every-------thing. The cast was STELLAR! Amazing that Gleason so nailed that tragic character. |

Amazing that Gleason so nailed that tragic character. I too haven''t seen it since I was a child. I don't think I could bear to watch it again. |
