Hello! My name's Alex, I'm working part-time and getting my upper-division classes done at Sac State so I can get my Bachelor's in Chemistry and then a teaching credential as that is my intended career. I'd describe myself as pretty easygoing, not very spontaneous but I could be persuaded to change plans most of the time if you've got an impulsive spirit. Looking for someone who won't judge me negatively by my appearance and get to know the me within, for better or worse. Someone who is around my level of intelligence so we can have pleasant conversations and plenty to talk about and teach one another. While I would prefer long-term romantic relationships as my ultimate goal, if we only end up as far as being good friends, I'm okay with that too. Having people caring about you, on any level, is something most former foster youth like myself don't have nearly enough of and we know the value of it and don't take those we care about for granted. What I'm really looking for is just someone affectionate and compassionate, who doesn't smoke, doesn't already have children of their own, and ideally someone who doesn't believe their life revolves around an invisible man in the sky who grants your wishes if you follow his impossible rules.
