Sorry. I am not feeling all that great ( all these changes in the weather are killing me ) and my mind isn't running as crisply as usual. Figured I would just find the facts this time..lol Oh, I'm sorry! Is it allergies or a spring cold or something more serious? What is the most healthful way to cook a potato? (that includes the serving style, okay???) Hmmm....Most healthful way?? Well...boiling them usually cooks out a bunch of the nutrients that are found in potatoes. My best suggestion on this one would be to cut them up into small squares, put them in a baking dish and broil them with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil. |

Do you do anything 'artistic' JAG??? Paint, draw, etc? Nahhhh. I have been thinking about getting a guitar to mess with, but I was never able to figure out how to read sheet music. My son just plays... He has figured out how to use music or "fake book" sheets if he HAS to, but mostly he just plays by ear. He's really learned a lot so I bet you could too. |

Okay, here's a good one... How do I get a stripped screw out of a recessed plastic hole? I am FRUSTRATED! Can't drill it out without ruining the plastic cover piece and can't pry the two pieces apart because even if you get them apart, the screw is still lodged through a hole in a metal plate inside. HELP! My best suggestion.... Find a screw slightly smaller than the one you are trying to remove, that has left handed threads. Screw the left handed thread screw into the top of the one you are trying to remove. That should ( once the left handed screw grabs a grip on the stuck screw ) draw the regular, stripped out scrrew out of it's hidey hole. How do you find a lefty-threaded screw??? Hardware store should be able to help you find something that would work. :-) |

I think it's in the south beach diet book.....that says a little sour cream is actually a good thing because it helps break down the potato in your body. I would think the oil would do the same thing too. |
