Would it not be interesting to be able to write in whom your representatives in gov't should be, and make them serve as such, would have to be real people of course. Kind of a draft for the government. I think they may take the job and responsibility more serious.

What is really scary. Was to see the people lineup for it. I have seen dogs with more self respect. And, yes I am self employeed and sucking air right now. One F'up doesn't call for enother! Times are tough, and many folks are hurting. But, we have passed the Bandaid stage. No, I don't know the cure. Or any alternatives. But, remember, these people are our elected leaders. They are there because they were elected there. Think about it.
I agree with that although we the people can take them out of office if need be !!!!smokin

My point was that these our leaders. If you sit on your friggin arse. Expect to be treated like a mushroom! These people are OUR representatives! If you are not willing to voice your oppinion to them. What the heck do you expect? Thats like selling your place on Ebay without a minimum bid! Come on folks it ain't that friggin hard!
The bottom line is we have to cast our ballots on what we will put up with and what we need in the way of a leader. The ballot's are dollars !!!

The definition of "The lesser of two evils."

The part tht is nerve racking is we have to put out trust in the one that wins.

The OP is an old old chain email I received years ago. We have been trading with other countries for a long long time. Non American made cars and electronics have been our norm since before the 80s if my memory serves me right.

So what is the shock value now? People should have acted on this in the 80s at the least.

And then john smith wondered why bill clinton signed NAFTA and his job he had was sent to india, mexico, and canada.

it's funny how people forget that....

Yea, It is!!

On day 91, President Bush began a three-day summit with 34 leaders from North, Central and South America. At the summit, Mr. Bush urged creating a huge "free trade zone" from the Arctic to Argentina.

Did you hear that a lot of the IBA the military bought is being recalled? Now THAT'S scary.

They also put out last week that the new IBA is too heavy for soldiers in theater. What - 72 pounds is ok, but 73 pounds is too much!

I am rolling on the floor laughing my ass off !
rofl

This subject is the most amazing thing I ever saw, and it is still amazing no matter how many times I return to it!

The guy who posted this is sitting on his employer, ratcheting up his grip on his neck tighter and tighter, and when his employer is finally not breathing no more, he then looks and wonders "what happened"? Why doesn't he breathe freely? (Where did my job go?)

rofl

How do you like the Good American Labor Laws now? Minimum wage? Overtime? Leave? Lunch laws? Breaks? Age? Non-discrimination? 401K? And endless rest of bullsh!t that was written with regards to employment.

How does it taste now? Hated employeer is no more. He is gone, looking for greener pastures.

Sorry to disagree with you, but, it is a very valid selection and that is precisely the selection I made. everyone in america should try it, it really tastes good. better than dog any day.

Think about it, which one of them would get voted in if we used our right not to vote for the candidates on the ballot? what would happen if no one voted for any of the puppet stooges that we were force fed? what would happen if instead of voting democrat or republican, we voted for an independent for a change? what if we voted to have the federal reserve abolished and the debt we owe to it then have our independent ran government print the money for us at no interest? What would happen if we did all of that and didn't have to pay all of the taxes we have to pay and we could actually save our money for the things that we normally have insurance for?

I know right? what a concept, i don't know what got into me.frustrated actually, if we didnt vote it wouldnt matter anyway, the electoral college votes are the only ones that count anyways. their vote trumps the popular vote everytime.
