is hot. and fun. and requires flexability. can you do any karate stuff?? kicks or stances?? i liek the whole mindset of karate.. focus and respect

My former husband was a black belt and my daughter was into it for a year until she had to have two foot surgeries

i like the stances..fun to learn them. the praying mantis stance..and the crane.. karate is from like japan and korea..its truly no wonder why they excel in life (careers and famiiles) vs americans all the self discipline..and focus and stuff.

Karate? No. I practice Wing Chun Kung Fu. oooo wow..i wanna wear the BELT!!!! Go buy one. I hear they even have designer brands that are quite fetching.
