it appears there a zillion varieties of martial arts. my kid is just taking basic karate..and i think its so kewl!!

is hot. and fun. and requires flexability. can you do any karate stuff?? kicks or stances?? i liek the whole mindset of karate.. focus and respect  I am taking self defense classes in case the girl I meet from here turns out to be a domestic abuser

Both are Korean forms. Tae Kwon Do is more for sport and Hapkido is more for self defence.
