Why would you want to? Evidently you both wanted to be with someone else...

Well if both cheated then how could either of the two ever truely trust one another?

I feel trust is a key component to relationships, but that's just my humble oppinion... one of many.

I'd say the best way to fix it would be to fully open up to each other and try to understand each other's motives and maybe go from there... It's possible to fix it, but hard.

WOW!! The relationship must not be very good IF both of you cheated. I think both people need to look deep inside and figure out why they did cheat and figure out if the relationship is worth repairing. I have always said, once a cheater always a cheater. So maybe this relationship is not worth saving?

Actually this should be easier to fix than the one sided thing. Both parties are even. There can be no victim in this situation.

Start over with a new resolve to be true to one another and move forward.

I agree with this. I don't think you can have a lasting relationship without trust...

The relationship can last but there has to be the understanding that nothing will be the same and both must accept the fact that they will wander.

We call them swingers....drinker

I don't think I would bother fixin it...just move on. Doesn't seem like either person was really that into the relationship.

frustrated what ever happened to commitment? If you are going to cheat (and don't give me the ol "it just happened" routine) then don't make a promise to your partner that it's forever...learn what commitment is all about. One partner for life....the end!
