Made me up a big batch last night..yummm...anyone else out there like it?

My Dad makes the best Liver and Onions.....but overcook it and....BLAH!

I love liver... But I like it kinda rare, a bit bloody in the middle!
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know what you're thinkin', but I've yet to get sick from eating a semi cooked liver!

Nothing like a plate of liver and onions with fried potatoes on the side. Yum! But it has to be fresh liver, not frozen then thawed. I don't know it's just a thing I have. lol

Mom used to cook it well-done and I hated it. I like it now that I cook it myself. Trick is to cook it to the same doneness as you lie your steak, add onions and even peppers if you want them.

I LOVE liver and onions...the best are at a place called " The Golden Steer "...in Forest Park...the waittress is so fuggin' hot !...gulp !!
