I just saw this now. Having known Cathy for a long time and met her three times, I am stunned, and I don't quite have the words.

I am so sorry and sadened by your loss. I know words are meaningless right now, but know that all of our prayers and God's love will hold you up and give you strength, even if you aren't realizing it at the moment.
Be kind to yourself and let the tears flow. Tears (and screaming) are very healing. Just take baby steps and some how, some way, the journey of grief will be less painful. My love and prayers are with you. 5x10 (Mary)

For those who know Cathy (Artcat) .. Her 29 yr old son passed away suddenly last night.  He left a wife, son, daughter and daughter on the way. 
He went to the doctor's last Thursday with a bad headache. After going back and forth since then, he passed away at home last night from an anuerysm. His wife and sister tried cpr but lost him.
A friend of Cathy's spoke with Cathy earlier and she is in shock and not doing well. Cathy is a wonderful woman and friend. I met her two years ago in person at my home. Can't even imagine the pain she and her family are in right now. 
Anyone who reads this, posting or not, please take a moment and remember all of them in your prayers, thoughts and I am sure she would appreciate any notes of condolences. WE LOVE YOU CATHY  AND ARE SO INCREDIBLY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. OUR HEARTS BREAK WITH YOURS.

My mom died unexpectedly @ 53 (I was 18) and she was the only child of my grandmother. Hardest thing in the world for grandma - broke my heart to watch her deal ..
