I wrote a fan letter to Steve Martin when he was first doing stand-up and he wrote back. laugh

Steve Martin in the Pink Panther made me laugh so many times. laugh Can't wait for the second one just to have a few silly laughs with it.

Now that he found the time to write you back is amazing. I like thatdrinker

I don't know if you remember Sue Lyon, but I she used to hang around and we partied at the Silver Saddle together in Pueblo. She was really nuts. She got banned from the place. laugh

My sister's X-husband used to rodeo with James Cann. He now stars in the t.v. show Las Vegas.

Actually met Johnny Cash & June Carter in and elevator in San Antonio on the River Walk.

No one was with them my kids and I were on vacation and as we rode down the elevator with them I just happen to have my video camera have them on tape as we were talking on the way down.bigsmile

Then later seen them walking down the River Walk by themselves enjoying the day.

Loved the movie they made of Johnny Cash. Don't have the title in my head at the moment but well worth the watch.

Now that is cool that you seen them.

I assume you are talking about the movie "Walk the Line" bigsmile

Well a few. But Im not in the business like others.
Richard Chamberlain, I was having relations with his Japanese "Girl Friday" for about six months and had the run of his house up in Beverly Hills, his Porsche and his Jag.
Connie Chung, but only had a Smile and a Hello.

Richard Dreyfus, he used to hang out at The Daily Grill up on Ventura Blvd. I used to service the account and was sitting having a beer at the bar as was he. I just gave the hand wave and head bob. He said "Hows it Going". No conversation after that. We werent actually sitting next to each other.
Bumped into Rod Stewart on an elevator in Vegas. We exchanged greetings. He wished us Good Luck when he left the elevator.

too funny but really cool. I bet they are fun people to be with at the time. I am sure those where good memories.

That is one thing I never did and is go to a rodeo. I never understood why cowboys want to ride a wild bull, but again I never understood why Matidor wants to play around with a bull in an arena either. I guess it is a matter of taste in entertainment.

Really cool. I missed Rod Stewart's last concert here in Miami. Dissappointed. He usually does one on Valentine's Day over here, but this year no show. Oh well one day I guess this will happen. In the meantime will have to do with the CD'slaugh

Hello my beautiful friend princess. I hope all is good. Montel Williams is really pleasant to watch on his shows. To bad he doesn't do anymore these days. Well at least that I know of.

I have met the drummer from the Sunshine Band who also came to Miami to buy a yacht. He was suppose to pay his tab after drinking 120$ worth of martinis but couldn't find his money. So he left his rolex watch to be able to go to the bank to withdraw some money. He never came back, but I figure he did the next day for the rolex is worth more then 120$laugh

I could have picked up his tab I guess at the time.

the most impressive famous person i have met was 14 yrs ago...you may have never heard of him, Jerry Stubblefield is his name.. he is an inventor. perhaps you have heard of what he invented though... the avia tennis shoe... i went to his house with my ex boyfriend to fix a leak in his sprinkler system on his hiking trails.. he had on old shoes with a hole! and dug the dirt where the leak was... i was very intriged by him. i was in realestate at the time looked up his property in my system outta couriosity.. 1995 on that property he owned others as well his property taxes were 36,000 a yr! i hiked with him around his island. he named every plant on the trail.. then he took me in his garage where he had 3 "inventing machines"showed me them they were computerized and he typed in a code and the machine molded it.. out the other end popped this castle . dang he was so interesting!! was the most interesting 4 hours i ever spent..He recently sold his home <i beleive due to health issues.. it was the only island on lake oswego. it was origionally made for the janzen family, so it was called the Janzen Estate.it had a bridge to get to it<private> the gates had to be drawn to go over it...that is the first time i realized rich people are far from stuffy! just like everyone else.. the stuffy ones are just ones with problems is all...
