Here's an honest question for you. Do you want me to reflect on the last 8 years and try to figure our the source of the problems or do you just want to bash Bush?

again the question remains...WHAT WAS HIS GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT??? AND HOW IS YOUR LIFE BETTER NOW???

im not sure how to put it any simpler....i would think a critical thinker should be able understand a simple question without confusing the issues...or making issues where there are no issues.~rolls eyes~

I gave you an example. Honestly a couple tax cuts and him letting the assault weapons ban lift are his two major accomplishments. Had little impact on my life. Did i type too fast for you?

I would think even someone of low intelligence would understand the question. But Once again, you prove me wrong. When you can start exercising some rational thought, or when you are actually interested in debating or having a conversation get back to me. This idiotic game you are playing is just making people dumber. Good trick, but not productive.

look at the state of the country and the world and ask yourself how it got there...still all the bushies or shrubbies cant come up with a single thing that was a competent descision...i really thought someone would come up with something good...for all the defenses raised in earlier debates....still nothin huh???

What's funny is the fact that you think i am defending him.

Honestly i can say i feel dumber from this debate. Almost like this is some sort of void aimlessly sucking up intelligence so it can never be heard from again...

this was a debate???....i missed that part...forgive my lack of inteligence...i thought questions were usually answered with answers...not a list of finger pointing...i see your tax cuts..and your weapons ban lift (due to effectively doing nothing)....didnt effect your life??? at all?? im impressed.

If you ask me keeping our country from being attacked again is a big accomplishment. Tho you cant say President Bush did that by himself nore can you blame the state of our country solely on him we do have a thing called congress you know tell me what they have done?

Oh and I am makeing about $30,000/year more than I was 8 years ago so what ever President Bush and congress did really didnt have an affect on me.

Nope. Not unless someone makes it their job to watch them. Follow the money, the drugs, the guns, the CIA, and the human slave trade.

Bush is GONE. Rush hasn't told them what to think except America needs to fail, so they can take power back from the people. All the Bushies are on another thread putting down Obama's speech. They don't have to answer your question if the can ignore it, or pretent they aren't aware of your question.

Ignorance is bliss only to those who wish to remain ignorant, seems like those who wish to ignore what Bush did and didn't do in the past 8 years should know all about blissful ignorance.

Blistered has a different meaning though, I would use blistered on those that are feeling the pain of an Obama administration.

that defended his every twitch during his reign of terror...let us all understand how your life is better now than it was 8 years ago???...what was his greatest contribution???

He paved the way for a change of party. He demonstrated the ultimate worst in Presidential leadership.

He was great fodder for late night comedians.

drinker drinker drinker

And people are eating it up at the cost of common sense. Poor fools...

Actually, it seemed to take 8 years of Bush for many people's common sense to kick in.

Only a very few. Most just voted Obama and are sitting back expecting him to "save us". Most sided with democrats to continue this ignorant charade. Instead of remaining skeptical, and continuing the questioning of powers, people lost all the common sense gained in a matter of months.

I don't think people expect Obama to "save us". It's all about change.

His greatest accomplishment was to get Obama elected.

The Republicans had it too good for too long, and they became what we as conservatives despise. War Mongering, big government, deficit spending liberals.

Bush and his failures have led to serious soul searching amongst true conservatives. I have read all the genius talking heads saying the conservative movement is dead. We must open our arms to moderates, and embrace their Democrat lite thinking. Its all nonsense.

Allowing Obama and cronies to push their bill with no republican support was the opening salvo in the 2010 mid term elections. This bill will most likely do nothing of consequence, and is going to be ripped apart over the next 10 to 12 months. You will see the blue dog Democrats running like hell from Pelosi, and with true conservative republicans running, we WILL reclaim the house in 2010.

Obama has 18 months to prove he is competent, and not a retard like Pelosi. If his spending bill doesn't stem the tide of economical regression, he is toast.

In closing, I have to thank Bush and all the other corrupt republicans for allowing us conservatives to re group, unite in a common goal, and allow the libtards to show why they should never be allowed to control both house of congress and the white house again.

Bush killed or co-ordinated with other nations to kill or capture a lot of al Qaeda leaders and al Qaeda sympathizers.
Try a google search for major al Qaeda leaders killed by Bush. It's a never ending list......

Here is the short list -

FACTBOX-Major al Qaeda leaders killed or captured
01 May 2008 10:16:24 GMT

Source: Reuters

May 1 (Reuters) - U.S. war planes killed Aden Hashi Ayro, an Islamist commander thought to be al Qaeda's top man in Somalia, on Thursday. Below is a list of major al Qaeda figures killed or captured since 2001:

AFGHANISTAN:

* Mohammed Atef, one of the top leaders of Osama bin Laden's al Qaeda network, was killed in a U.S. air strike in Afghanistan in November 2001.

* Abu Laith al-Libi, one of Osama bin Laden's top lieutenants who commanded militant forces in Afghanistan, was killed in February 2008 in a suspected U.S. missile strike that also killed up to 13 foreign militants.

IRAQ:

* Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, al Qaeda's leader in Iraq, was killed in a U.S. air raid in June 2006.

* U.S. forces killed Muhammed Abdullah Abbas al-Issawi, described as a security emir for al Qaeda in Iraq, in April 2007.

* The U.S. military killed Muharib Abdul Latif al-Jubouri, an al-Qaeda figure accused of involvement in the kidnapping of American journalist Jill Carroll, in May 2007.

* Police killed Mohammed Yahya al-Rahmani, known as Abu Mussab, and three foreign militants near Samarra in Feb 2008.

* In April 2008 Iraqi authorities captured Nazal Sabar al-Jughaify, also known as Abu al-Jarrah, a senior lieutenant to al Qaeda's leader in Iraq, Abu Ayyub al-Masri.

PAKISTAN:

* Saudi-born Palestinian Abu Zubaydah was arrested after a shootout in the central Pakistani city of Faisalabad in March 2002. Zubaydah was operations director for al Qaeda and the first high-ranking member to be arrested.

* Ramzi Binalshibh, a Yemeni national and one-time roommate of Mohamed Atta, suspected ringleader of the Sept. 11 hijackers, was captured in Karachi in September 2002.

* Security forces arrested Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, al Qaeda's number three and alleged mastermind of the Sept. 11 attacks, in a raid in Rawalpindi, near Islamabad, in March 2003.

* Musaad Aruchi, a nephew of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed with a $1 million bounty on his head, was arrested in Karachi in June 2004.

* Tanzanian Ahmed Khalfan Ghailani was arrested in the city of Gujrat in July 2004.

* Pakistani intelligence agencies and security forces arrested Abu Faraj Farj al-Liby, mastermind of two failed attempts on President Pervez Musharraf's life, in May 2005.

* Abu Hamza Rabia, an al Qaeda commander ranked the third most senior leader in the network, was killed in a tribal region of Pakistan bordering Afghanistan in December 2005.

* Muhsin Musa Matwalli Atwah (also known as Abdul Rehman), an Egyptian al Qaeda member wanted for involvement in the 1998 bombing of the U.S. embassy in Kenya, was killed by Pakistani forces close to the Afghan border in April 2006

SAUDI ARABIA:

* Youssef al-Eiery, the leading al Qaeda militant in Saudi Arabia who was believed to be behind the May 2003 suicide bombings in Riyadh which killed at least 35 people, was shot dead by Saudi police shortly after the attacks.

Several of Eiery's successors, including Khaled Ali Haj, Abdulaziz al-Muqrin and Saleh al-Awfi, were killed by Saudi security forces over the next two years.

SOMALIA:

* A U.S. air strike on Thursday killed Aden Hashi Ayro, who led al Shabaab militants blamed for attacks on government troops and their Ethiopian allies.

YEMEN:

* Yemeni security forces shot dead Yasser al-Homeiqani, an al Qaeda fugitive, in southern Yemen in January 2007.

Bush killed them or locked them away at Guantanamo. Al qaeda flocked to Iraq where they were decimated. Talk about killing two birds with one stone.......Saddam and Al qaeda.
