Thanks for the coffee HG. I'm just sitting down to have a cup before I finish getting ready for work. Wish I could just stay home and relax this morning. Oh yea, I have contractors coming again today. No relaxing with them around.

I fell asleep at 6 pm and woke back up at 10............who knows when I will see sleep again

Sometimes I just pass out and come to. I am not sure if I sleep during those times. I am reminded of HAL while he was talking to Dave from the movie "2001, A Space Oddity". HAL, the computer asks Dave when Dave is fixing to turn HAL off. HAL asks Dave, "Will I dream?" Dave tells HAL, "Yes, You will dream."

good morning flame. how r u this morning? good morning music, doing good here, how are you doing? doing good. my knee is only a dull ache. hasn't turned purple yet. maybe it won't. I iced it right away and put firm lotion on it and took extra supplements. Bouncing back rather quickly.
