All the ladies waking at the same time, Carol just woke up too. Good Morning Everyone. Very nice picture Don. Good morning Flame. How ya doin this morning? Doing good. How are things going there this morning? Going good. Helping Sage organize his new pics. I really like the new pics of you and sage. Yours really shows the weight loss. You look great. Thanks for noticing. It's hard to stay motivated. I have to measure myself again later this morning. Don't really expect to have lost much. Been eating out and cooking too much compared to my normal lifestyle.

Yeah two more days. I'm doing ok. How are you today? The situation with my back is still very tenuous. It will take time I know, but it is frustrating. I am sure you know all about that by now

I noticed before when you first put the pic up and said something but this place was really hopping that day so I guess you just missed it thats all. From the pic of you and sage to gether and then this one you can really see the difference.

Thanks for the positive comments and encouragement Flame and July. Those last pics are only 3 months apart. I do feel so much better. But since I've been heavy off and on all my life I tend to look at how much farther I have to go. Sage keeps trying to keep me focus on the positive. It's just a long time struggle.

Hey girl, he's right. Don't think about how you did look, think about how you are looking now and how you will continue to look as the weight keeps coming off. Sexy girl. Never think about the way you use to look. That is very much in the past. Bury it and leave it there. I know where you are coming from I have the same problem with weight. Don't let it get you down.

I've lost 35 pounds since last April. I felt so good to go out and buy new clothes. Now if I can just keep it off.

Good in that I'm not tempted by food in the faculty room, yet I don't go there often. Bad in that I have much more access to food at home.
