What Is an agnostic? An agnostic thinks it impossible to know the truth in matters such as God and the future life with which Christianity and other religions are concerned. Or, if not impossible, at least impossible at the present time. Are agnostics atheists? No. An atheist, like a Christian, holds that we can know whether or not there is a God. The Christian holds that we can know there is a God; the atheist, that we can know there is not. The Agnostic suspends judgment, saying that there are not sufficient grounds either for affirmation or for denial. So then Charles Darwin was not a Christian if he was Agnostic. Am I missing something? When did I say he was a staunch Atheist? In that time period Im not even certain if they had the label "Atheist" yet.  But he wasnt hostile to Christians or any other faith. He was merely a man of science.

 Charles Robert Darwin was a naturalist who proposed that all living creatures are related by common ancestors. Charles Darwin was born in England in 1809 and died in 1882. Darwin was a member of the Royal Geographical SocietyHis Alma Mater was the Univerity of Edinburgh and the University of Cambridge. His academic advisors were Adam Sedgwick and John Stevens Henslow. His best known works were the "Voyage of the Beagle","On The Origin Of Species" and his theory of Natural Selection. He won several major awards in his lifetime. Im sorry to everyone about getting so passionate about the subject of Charles Darwin. Just felt frustrated. I think I am gonna head on over to the political threads and argue about abortion or something. lol

I am merely maintaining the fact that Darwin never told anyone what to believe or not to believe within the contexts of his scientific works.I had to read them.There was not a word about God or belief or anything of the sort in his books about Natural Selection. It was just dry,boring,scientific jargon. Nothing more and nothing less.He went according to the scientific method, so his personal opinions,whatever they were did not enter into it.

EVERY Christian already has God's Love and
Presence dwelling in Him.
But we still need to stay filled up....and spend time in God's Presence...in order for God's Love to shine thru us...
and when we do..we can't help falling in love with everyone.
It's not our doing this anyway..it is GOD IN US ...LOVING EVERYONE!!!!
