Yes it should be settled. I have a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to drama.

Clue me in here, peeps. What is the difference between "custody" and "responsibility"?

In my mind, it seems that agreements to take on the various responsibilities sounds much less like an adversarial arrangement where children are put in the midst. They learn from us, so isn't it wiser to view their presence with us as something besides custody?

there is no difference..but custody is a way I man obtains his legal rights...so he can act upon his responsability for his children
