This is America. When the people want something you cant keep them from getting it It'll never be legalized because the anti drug cartel is as powerful as the drug cartels |

Good question, although at this time there are far more pressing issues as far as money.

Everything gets turned into an industry these days. Got a problem? Find out how a profit can be turned. Want the problem to go away? No way, never happen. Just think how many people will loose jobs over it. It could ruin the economy. Why cure Aids,Cancer,or other chronic diseases? Well, there is too much money to be made from sick people. War on Drugs? Well if we won the War on Drugs we might then have to scale back all the funding and so many in the ATF,DEA, etc would be looking for work. Just how many paid mercenaries do we need? |

Good question, although at this time there are far more pressing issues as far as money. think of the piles of money that would be freed up if we let those in prison on drug charges (non violent offenders) out of the system...stopped the dea from operation...and taxed the revenues generated through legal sales... |

We have yet to win the war...personally it is just another way to get tax dollars and infiltrate foreign land. Waste of money for most if not all drugs, however some should remain illegal for health reasons. |

Much less, how much do you know of why any and all drugs were illegalized? Some should be outright illegal, there are some that should be taxed...then there are some that shouldn't even be regulated. Hell, look at the medical field and how often they are willing to prescribe you with the notion that you need this or that magic pill...don't do drugs people, smoke weed.

crack, meth, heroin....bad bad bad bad bad.. pharmecetuicals already have a monopoly on benzos and narcs (which CAN also be bad...but also wonderful) overprescribed though. that damn 'happy' pill...fukc that also..i dont need it. weed...well i got no problem with weed.. (although i personally would not want it in my home) alcohol..already legal.. |
