How about the Banana Bunch. Guys in goofy looking monkey costumes. the opening sequence was them riding all over the place in bumper cars. That was the Banana Splits. You may be combining/confusing them with the Hair Bear Bunch. The intro was also not just bumper cars, but other places in an amusement park (merry-go-round, etc.), as well as golf carts and dune buggy-type vehicles. Yes, I watched a lot of animated/live action shows as a kid. |
