I don't know of any that will carry 'yourname.com' etc., for free...

You can get free webspace at Yahoo.com Even has a built-in WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Editors.

Note: (All 'free' such sites carry advertisements.)

Good luck!

I have ahd a moonfruit domain for almost three years, and I get three websites with it

http://www.moonfruit.com

Reasonable prices, and the abilty to have it automatically paid through credit card or checking account through the Worldpay system. There are upgrades available for more $$.

For free, there is always http://zoomshare.com
Zoomshare is html based, and gives you plenty of options and is a user friendly editor. Of course you will get adds on the top banner...but then what do you want for free? I would suspect that if you want a decent site, you may have to squeeze a few pennys out of your wallet. surprised

Typically, only subdomains can be free. You can register a domain inexpensively, however. I do it for my customers to make it easy to support them, and you might find a free dyndns site somewhere.
