tonight i experienced something that brought me back down to earth. tonight my pal/asst manager admitted that he was throwing a lil superbowl get together. that bring something to eat or drink and come watch the game at his house. but i'm not invited. because... i'm a girl. why? i asked like a 6 year old denied her lolli... "becuase i like watchin the game with guys okay?" i felt... left out. like the fat kid who never gets picked during PE. like the wallflower who never gets asked to dance. like guy quiet guy who never gets promoted. sadly.. for the first time in a long time.. i felt alone. what a bunch of horse crap.  |
