wtf my daughter has moved to New York for the year to live with my sister........it was suppose to be a summer thing but it ended up for a year.........anyways my daughter just told me while the inauguration of Obama was happening while they were watching it in school........a 6th grade boy followed a 2nd grader to the restroom and raped her while he held a knife to her throat.................wtf........is going on with our kids..........i told my daughter that obviously something was happening to the boy for him to do such a disgusting thing to a little girl...............but my question to you all what the hell is going on with our kids.........should we feel sympathy for the boy and girl or should this monster just rot in jail? how could this happen and how did our society end up so fukced up?

there was a 16yr old that killed his brothers and parents and the judge gave him life...
the 6th grader must have a major mental issue and the girl is going to have alot of problems |

And that boy must have had something he was dealing with also for him to think that it was ok to do that to someone so young........uhhhhh |

Most kids who act out like this is because they were molested and they need to feel power since they didnt have it when it was done to them.....

The sad part is it isn't just the Dad you have to be worried about. Women molest/abuse children as often as men it is just less reported. That teachers and other professionals also abuse children isn't given much credibility but it happens all the time.

and if it is a Catholic school....they have had a lot of bad press in the past and have not rectified the situation with their priests

We can speculate all we want but the bottom line is the little bastard should be put in a juvenile detention center pronto because this is just the beginning.If he was molested then handle the mental issues but this is how serial killers get their start.As for the poor girl,luckily she will recover with the proper therapy and time though I'm sure her childhood innocence is at an end.I would also be interviewing anyone this 6th grader came in contct with because me thinks this is not the first sign or act of mental disturbance.

Society has flipped upside down, been going this way for the last 20 years. We have reached a pinnacle point of existance, we continue down this road we will perish...well at least hopefully we will perish. If we manage to change things it will inevitably screw it up for some other generation, this is what you get when you try to fix everything and only have the ability to fix so few things.

At that young, the brain of a child is still developing. Granted, that does nothing to excuse his behavior, but I blame the parenting or rather, the lack thereof. |

To me, the boy doesn't need to be in jail. He needs some serious psychological help. Throwing him in jail isn't going to help his mentality. His parents need to go to therapy with him.
As for the little girl, it hurts my heart. I can only imagine what she will go through. She will also need the counseling. |

I agree with Hell Kitten the child has probably been abused and needs psychological help. That child should not know how to put forth that kind of violence, control, or sexual aggressiveness at his age, period.
