To me, the boy doesn't need to be in jail. He needs some serious psychological help. Throwing him in jail isn't going to help his mentality. His parents need to go to therapy with him.

As for the little girl, it hurts my heart. I can only imagine what she will go through. She will also need the counseling.


I totally agree that something must have went horribly wrong for such a thing to happen............Kids should not have the capacity to do that to another child unless they have been in a situation thats been quite similar or they have witnessed it in their life.............

I feel sympathy for both children and especially the 2nd grader whose life is eternally changed from the trauma...........I was telling that to my daughter and giving her tips from preventing things like this to happen to her.................You have to teach your kids morals and common sense these days and dont think the teachers will do that its our responsibility as parents........
