It happens all the time, and both parties do it. But the "ladies" are much craftier in their execution of said emotional blackmail- perhaps it's because they can get away with it much more successfully than men can.

Ok in High school that might have worked.. Perhaps even in college.. but after mid 20's if that works then the receiver is simple minded.. Anyone that falls in love or thinks they've fallen in love ONLINE without EVER meeting the person really needs to self-assess... |

Yep, you're right, I've seen it happen before to a guy friend of mine, he married her. To make matters worse, he was overseas when she emotionally blackmailed him :/ By time he returned, his bank account was cleaned out, he found out she was cheating on him the whole time, she was gone, and left divorce papers for him to sign. |
