I must admit most books I read are purely for entertainment. My favorite author is Anne Rice and my all time favorite book is Interview With A Vampire written by her. I've enjoyed all of her books in the Vampire Chronicles but Lestat will always be my favorite character so therefore....Interview With A Vampiredrinker

JR Tolkien was waaay ahead of his time.....but I can't remember the author of Rabbit Run......do you rememeber that book?

My favorite all time author is ........drum roll please.....there are actaully two:
Stephen King and Anne Rice......only her Witches and Vampire series...anything after that sucked!

Anything Mr. King write is awsome except the Danse Macabre thing he wrote....totally sucked!

Stephen King has always been my favorite writer.

However my favorite book is Life of Pi. If you can understand the symbolism of the story, as it relates to religion, people, nature.. there is a life time of understanding human nature in store for you.

Trick is to always look deeper then the words.

I loved Koontz's first few books. They are amongst my favorites, but lately it seems like he's just cranking out product. I tried reading all the Odd books and put each one down. Not a fan any more ohwell
