and when i taught them to cook on the stove they were about 7.. i monitered all the time till about 8 if they followed safety rules i soon allowed them to do it on their own... never had a problem... till my oldest was about 8 or 9 and cooked me mothersday breakfast in bed... and cut all the fat off the bacon!
 said mom i know you dont like fat on the meat so i cut it off like u do to meat lol

How ironic. We go from eating mudpies and dirt from the ground on our hamburgers as kids, to an upscale restaurant where we wonder if our waiter washed his hands. no no no we aren't wondering. we all saw him not wash his hands. besides i'd rather eat a bug's sh!t than a waiter's. Don't know what the standards are in Canada, but the USDA has an acceptable amounts in parts per million for goodies like rat feces, cockraoch pieces. Both of which lend themselves well with a good Cabernet. |

I don't recall stating a gender for the server. Could have been a man. Could have been a woman. Either way, you're putting somebody's bush to your lips by proxy.

Has anyone even considered that in a posh Restaurant they have their own bathrooms they use and you have no idea if they have in fact washed their hands or not?
Just thought I would put that out there for grins. 
But now I did at one time waited tables for many years and it becomes a habit to wash your hands. Due to the wait staff don't want your germs no more then you want their's.

Okay, it's neither posh nor upscale. It's a greasy spoon. It's a combination gas station, liquor store and rib shack just outside of Lubbock. See how accomodating I can be. |
