Damari, Inc
Company Security Policy 1) Damari, Inc computers are not to be used to access any adult-themed websites or forums. In the event that usage of said sites is found on Employees computers, Employees will receive a verbal warning for first offense. Upon second offense, Employees will receive a written warning, signed by Employee and Employer, and be subjected to a 30-day temporary ban from internet access. Upon third offense, Employee will receive a written warning, signed by Employee and Employer, and have access to internet permanently banned from their computers. If found accessing said sites from a coworker’s computer, offending Employee will be terminated from Damari, Inc. 2) Personal Instant Messengers (IM), such as Yahoo Messenger and AIM, are not permitted on company computers. If such messengers are found, they will be removed and Employees will receive a verbal warning for first offense. Upon second offense, Employees will receive a written warning, signed by Employee and Employer, and be subjected to a 30-day temporary ban from IM access. Upon third offense, Employee will receive a written warning, signed by Employee and Employer, and have access to IM permanently banned from their computers. This does not apply to company Messengers installed on company computers. 3) Any attempts to “hack” or use another’s computer without the computer owner’s permission will result in immediate termination from Damari, Inc. 4) Damari, Inc allows appropriate personal pictures and music on company computers. This is subject to Employers approval. Pictures of Employees kids and family, pets, vacation photos are appropriate unless there is nudity, bestiality or other offensive material (racist, drug-related, crime-related, brutality, etc). Employees MUST listen to their music with headphones, so as to not disturb or offend coworkers. ALL company computers are subject to a “spot check” and if offensive material is found on company computers, the offending material will be removed and offending Employee will be on a temporary ban from having permissions to place personal items on computer. If found on offending Employee’s computer thereafter, Employee will permanently lose all rights to place personal items on their computer and will be subject to daily checks. 5) Damari, Inc does not allow installation of software without prior written requests from Employee and a written approval from Employer. |
