See, this is something I would have noticed right up front. I am a freak about these things. And no, wouldn't hang around. Call me a snob, but it doesn't take much effort to shower and brush your teeth.

you are newly in a relationship and as you are getting to know your partner more and more you discover that they have very poor personal hygiene, what do you do? dump them? try to change them? ignore it? ewwwwwwwwwww no way...definitely dump...but i think you would have noticed upon the first meeting

When I was 17, I had a B/F who had really bad BO...the rest of him was clean...all the way from teeth & nails. I finally had to have "the talk" with him & suggested that perhaps he should apply his deodorant several times a day instead of just in the morning. He replied "Oh, I don't use deodorant!" I took him down to Walgreens & the problem was solved...

I've never been bashful about telling anyone when they smell like ass and feet. But do they ever come back after being told, and if so did they then no smell like ass and feet? This thread is killing me Im laughing my ass off here lol. answer is yes.... Well then perhaps I should rethink my inhibition of speaking about this topic if ever the chance re-arises.

I'd have to tell them. Some people really don't know about hygiene, because their parents never taught them, or they don't know or don't care that their hygiene is offensive. If they didn't do something about it, the relationship wouldn't work.

A friend of mine wears hair extensions and I guess the deal on that is you don’t shampoo every single day. She’s gotten a little ripe but I haven’t said anything...yet.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking, use a shower cap and wash your body. If it happens again, I will say something to her.
