Just keep in mind that tylenol has acetaminophen in it. Too much of it can cause liver failure and permanent liver damage. Be sure you are giving her childrens tylenol and not adult tylenol. However, children's tylenol is for children 2 yrs and older. With an infant less than a year old you should not give her tylenol at all without the direction of a doctor. If you want to bring her temperature down naturaly give her plenty of fluids such as her formula or plain water. If you have been giving her adult tylenol I would take her to a physician as in now and not later.

That's good.happy

It really could be the teething or she just might be getting the start of a cold. I would keep an eye on her and see if her temperature goes up.

She's beautiful.

That sounds normal for a baby teething..they will get a runny nose, diarhrea and a low grade fever when teething. Keep giving her the right amount of tylenol for her fever and she should be fine. If the fever goes any higher I would get it checked, but if not, it sounds very normal. You need the book..."What to Expect the First Year" it was what got me through my first born...it was my baby bible..lol If I hadn't had that book, I would have had him at the doc every day.

flowerforyou Sounds like teething stuff. Most Drs will tell you that teething doesn't cause fever/runny nose/etc but it's not true. I actually had a female family practitioner with 3 kids tell me "I know, I know...they teach you it's not true in medical school but all my kids did it too!"

Just watch your baby for increasing fever or discomfort...my concern would be resulting congestion/fluid in her ear/earache.

Just checkin' in on the wee one and mom. Everything going okay?

By the way, let her chew on your finger if she's teething. You'll be amazed at how strong those little ones are!

Maybe a little something to rub on her gum's and a frozen teething ring helps soothes the gum's. Other then that don't worry with the fever at 100 that is normal for teething. Just keep them comfortable.
