So do you feel comfy telling people where ya met? |
|
|

Hey if the person is somebody that I really care about then sure I
would. If people think differently of me then oh well that is there problem not mine. |
|
|
|
kitten??? who, me???
I have not met anyone except for friends, but everytime I bring it up to anyone who doesn't go to dating sites, talk on the computer, etc. etc. They jump all over me, and tell me about pedophiles, rapists, and anything else that could be bad... My father is the worst...He is just like your father, tulip...Born back in the dinasour age...LOL |

We don't tell people how we met, not that we're embarrased, just people
tend to have small minds in the "online dating" aspect. But I'm glad I met Lazy here, it gave us a chance to be friends before anything else happened. I knew so much about him that I didn't have any "shocks" when I came here to finally meet him. He's everything he said he was, and more! I am one happy lady right now! |

Shen, you can meet those type of people ANYWHERE whether it be on the
net or not. |

that way... |

met their spouses on the net and they've been married for 15 plus years. |

I've dated a few Robin for a length of time I can't keep them in the
closet forever; eventually they meet my tribe |

I agree with adj. I have had several bf that I met online, but no one
has just come out and asked me where we met. We became friends on the net, but actually did meet somewhere in person. One of my bf did however have someone ask him about me and he said he met where we had our first date. I think that is an appropriate answer. |

Not anymore. Online dating has become so commonplace these days there's
not really any "taboo" associated with it anymore. And like I tell my mom...I can meet a potenital serial killer in person just as easy as I can meet one via the web. |
