If I wanted to be really mean...I would sic my sister on ya. I love it when people with no experience with (or respect for) fire arms accidentally open thier word hole concerning a subject they have ZERO experience with. Before anyone flips out just know...I do not hunt...But, I cook any wild game brought to me... I notice I don't here the non hunters griping/b*tching or whining when they order a pizza...get a bucket of fried chicken or want thier eggs over easy.... The long and short of it...if you ate tonight...something died in order to feed you. Save that High and mighty / Holier than Thou thing for Church. |

Yumm. You should try making some of that into jerky. It comes out great. Look up a venison marinade online, soak it about 12 hours and then set your oven on he lowest temp and let it lay out on the racks till its the texture you prefer. Its yummy.

The herds of wild deer require thinning. Otherwise they become too large and they overpopulate and die miserable, slow deaths due to food shortages, territory dispute and disease.

I suppose I should point out that I am a tree hugging hippy...But, I do love me some venison...and hog...and dove...and quail..and rabbit..and dog...(Yeah, I love Korean and Chinese food too)

Wild game is good for you..no drug and low fat.I don't mind hunting as long as its not for sport..Slaughtering animals for the hell of it is just wrong.

I go to church, and I could eat my weight in deer meat, wild hog, whatever I can get my hands on!! I used to hunt myself, until I got tired of freezing and never seeing anything that I could shoot at. Those who are anti-hunting have nothing whatsoever to do with church. Just wanted to clarify that! |
