I have a hindquarter in the smoker right now. should be ready about midnight what kind of wood do you use?not alot of choices here in Ks but hedge works great we won't use anything but mesquite

finally got a deer tonight,fresh backstrap on the grill...come on over I am on my way....can I bring the beer? bring some whiskey too Okay, and my wine coolers, too. you and them wine coolers...still owe me a truck wash,it really needs it now and just what is wrong with wine coolers

Oh man! I would trade a night with my sister for some good butterfly steaks. Even a feral ham...oh gawd! Soak that puppy in beer and milk...fire up a mesquite grill (It is the only trees I got) Knock the top off of a Shiner Bock...Welcome to backwoods Texas baby!

lnghntr.. I had moose backstrap for dinner tonight but will trade you some moose for venison...And I will even throw in a few Partridge with it....Or maybe some Walleye??
