Oh man! I would trade a night with my sister for some good butterfly steaks. Even a feral ham...oh gawd! Soak that puppy in beer and milk...fire up a mesquite grill (It is the only trees I got) Knock the top off of a Shiner Bock...Welcome to backwoods Texas baby!
